Users who inquire about our services through the “Contact Us” section of our website provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, e-mail address, and phone number.
Individuals who place an order with Edit The Work, our e-commerce shopping cart system collects personal information that the visitor submits (including name, e-mail, phone number, and billing/shipping address). The user’s IP address and the last 4 digits and expiration date of the user’s credit card are stored on the website database. If the customer chooses to save their payment method for use in the future it is encrypted and stored on Authorize.net payment processing servers. Authorize.net is ETW’s merchant service provider.
Additionally, traffic and data tracking services including Google Analytics and Search Console collect anonymized data from visitors including search query, website referral source, time on site, pages per visit, geographic location, and demographic data if available.
Data Storage and Sharing
Personal information collected from our website and local sign in sheets is stored securely in Constant Contact and Salesforce.
Since the implementation of GDPR, Google stores traffic and tracking data obtained through Google Analytics and Search Console in our company’s accounts for no longer than 50 months.
Edit The Work maintains strict sensitivity and confidentiality concerning all user information and material. User information is never shared with third parties.
